To Blueduck...homemade cranberry juice

I bought a bag of cranberries. Cleaned them. Soaked them about a hour in water then blended them with the water. It's really pulpy and seedy but I wanted to make sure I got all the benifits of the cranberry so I didn't strain it. Then I mixed in a little storebought juice with it to taste. Very tart so it had to be sweetened a bit for me. Maybe I should have just added some stevia.

I tried using a champion juicer to juice them. It was funny. They were popping out the top as I tried to quickly put them in. Then all it did was chop them up. No juicing that way for them. I guess you would need a different kind of juicer.

Take care,
Lisa
