Re: Quit scratching your...and do something about
it
Just to satisfy your curiousity, I too tried all those things, and then some. And had zero effect, except for great help by Atomidine (Atomic iodine, due to which I was kicked out of
Iodine forum...); but Atomidine cannot cure protozoan infection.
Ask and I will gladly tell you everything about
Colloidal Silver for instance and how it didn't work and can even explain why it didn't work. And can explain why many other things cannot work.
In reality, the only "natural" thing that may help cure infection caused by protozoa is some form of chitinase. It will not kill the bug, but may prevent it from forming a protective chitin wall and by doing so prevent it from developing a cyst stage which it needs to protect itself. Not a cure, but certainly a big step in right direction. However, all that is just some creative thinking, with some anecdotal evidence that it may work (at least in lighter infections), and is a far cry from any "cure". We don't even know if chitinase available from things like Papaya is absorbed from intestines, much less it's distribution through our bodies and it's effectiveness in different tissues... In addition we humans produce chitinase (we increase it's production hundred fold when infected!), and it only seems to be able to slow down protozoa somewhat (maybe).
