Chickens get protozoa, I give my chickens Colloidal Silver in their water every week. They are very healthy chickens. You might try some Colloidal Silver or try some lugul's iodine. One of these should be effective. Perhaps a gentain violet enema might help. Ultimately IMO, you probably need ozone anal insuflulation.
