I know so little about meds, and even parasites, except that I just don't think I can go the med route.

I am a pretty good amateur 'researcher' in that I can read, and understand what I read. But some have little training in language. What must those folks think of those who seem to be well-versed in medical terms, and familiar here on CureZone?

There is one thing to be said for not understanding the terminology...people stop reading.

But, that wastes time in getting to the answers they seek.

Only one example of words thrown around in order to impress...'disseminated'. I happened to come across its meaning, in the context of parasites...'outside the digestive tract'!

Of course parasites will be found, in some of their forms, outside the digestive tract! Some parasite eggs go to the lungs to hatch...and then the larva try to get themselves coughed up in phlegm, to be swallowed so they may return to the intestines where they will live out their lives as adults.

Not to belittle those who write the word 'disseminated', but, please take care not to confuse those who read the word for the first time in innocence...and become afraid.


An introductory law course at college spoke of a 'duty of care'. That's where someone has had a wider education than most, in a particular subject.

A doctor may be asked questions about a sore knee, at church. Properly, since he knows far more about sore knees than the questioner realizes, the doctor should then offer to answer something about this particular knee IN HIS OFFICE! There he can take the time to examine the knee and give a more accurate opinion.

Those who are more studied always have a 'duty of care' toward those who haven't yet studied.

That's something we all must learn as we go through life and understand more.

And, as a senior, it is very, very hard to see younger and less experienced people make mistakes we, ourselves made, long ago.

There is one thing we can do, though...we can lead the innocent to discover truths for themselves, earlier, and without hurt.

It is a bit more work, I know, but it beats regret all hollow!

Diana, for example, trained her sons to be kings, by simply showing them things they would not normally see...and giving them the opportunity to work out solutions.

She had compassion for those who were hurting, and worked for them all she could by going where people were in trouble and drawing attention to their plight with her presence...and also giving herself, quietly, as their friend.

One thing she is said to have done is to take her sons out at night to see how and where the homeless slept.
