Please Help pain is getting to me

Please help me I did a flush about a week and a half ago and I passed many small green pea size things,and ever since the flush I have had some pain in my upper abdomen and under my rib cage plus alot of nausea,I realy can handle it plus I have had pain in my lower back on my left side with alot of pressure when I have to urinate,I have a very low tolerance for pain,and a high tolerance for pain med's.but I have not taken any,I can't afford to see a doctor,I was experiencing alot of fatigue,allergies,depression,etc.so I did Dr. Clarks cleanse and I didn't have any problems with but afterwards,and still today I have alot of pain,and don't have the energy to do anything,and I can't seem to eat certain foods because it makes me sick,I did do the parasite and kidney cleanse before the liver cleanse,please heelp me I am realy hurting.all I want to do is lay down,but I can't seem to sleep.I have got to get better because I have alot of animals I have to take care of,please please help me.
