Re: Please Help pain is getting to me
I agree with John completly except for the suspicious part and that I would do an emergency kidney flush asap. I am assuming that you can't afford to do both a medical visit and these flushes at the same time. I'm not a doctor of any type and so my suggestions are based on my personal experience with my own body.
If you used the health store kidney flushes I don't think they are as effective as Dr. Clarks. If you used Dr. Clarks then you may be one of the people who has to use it longer.
But in the mean time you are in pain. You should be able to do a kidney flush, then follow the next day on the liver flush.
I used to have chronic kidney problems and treated them with massive amounts of cranberry juice. But I just came from the store and I couldn't find any cranberry juice that didn't have either
Sugar or other juices added to it. So unless you can find and juice your own that might be out. If you are able to find the cranberry juice then it will take about 4 two liter bottles to flush everything out. Make sure you are drinking lots of water per day. Min of 8 glasses and while you are going through this more would be good. It would be a good idea if you took something to reduce risk of infection while you are at it like garlic or vitamin c. More than you normally would.
There is info on a
Watermelon flush available on this site if you can find
Watermelon this time of year.
I hope you get feeling better. I also have low pain tolerance and my body metebolizes meds too fast. The nightmare of any dentist:)
Take care,
Lisa
