To keep your weight down you will need to break your fast correctly with either fresh juices or ripe high water content foods and then adhere to a properly combined diet.
Proper food combining leads to efficient digestion with little to no fermentation/putrefaction of those foods within the digestive tract.

There are mainly two reasons why people gain excess weight...........

#1. Combining a protein food with a starch food at the same meal such as eggs with toast.

#2. Excess calories from too much food.

Proper food combining means that you can eat more food if desired without gaining any excess weight.
