The best tip I can think of is to keep in mind that the most challenging part of a
Water Fast is when you start consuming food again.
This is the part that will challenge your abilities the most.
Question is how able are you to control what is consumed.
You have a body that is hungry for nutrition, everything tastes better than ever and you have been deprived of the pleasure of the sensation of eating food for some time.
I think it really comes down to what you decide is right to consume, how much and when.
If you let anything else have the control, it could easily be a runaway train.
I have never been happy with my control of the re-feeding process.
I know it always could be better.
Its always too much too soon and not waiting long enough for the harder to digest foods.
Next time will be better.
I think you just have to try to do the best that you can do and know that it needs to be taken slowly. Its all part of the fasting process and its all a challenge.
