first try this. make a big bunch of juice and add your wheatgrass to it. dont use too many high Sugar items. use celery, cucumber, lemon, and maybe two carrots. then add all your wheatgrass to the juice. sip that all day. the wheatgrass blends in real nice and you dont taste it. also the detox is subtle, not hitting you all at once.
second, if you get major detox symptoms, eat an apple. this works. the fiber in the apple sucks up the toxins that have been stirred up and escorts them out. take a little calcium citrate with the apple or some IP6, both help to nuetralize toxins.
