We like to mix two to four ounces with a half gallon of water, then adding to taste, any fruit or vegtable juice, up to a quart or more. It makes a tonic that lasts for a day or so and since there is no fiber in the added fruit juice , its not a problem to mix. Drinking a glass every hour or two is a great routine.
Not to be argumentative but Ive found that after cleansing ones system, straight grass juice tastes great. The sickeningly sweet naueasous aspect changes, thus our take has always been that the smell of grass juice or evan a new mown lawn reveals how congested we are or not. ( interesting that this is also our response on more than a physical level, to more complete representations of reality )
I still think when it is diluted it is more available to ones system tho. You can feel it permeating throughout in a different way than when taken straight .
