I thoroughly read through each one of them, but they didn't offer much. Many of them are promoting vegetarian diets as a ways of eliminating acne, particularly referring to diary as the primary cause, I was already aware of this & as I stated am already vegan, so that's nothing new.
However, the author of one of those articles did mention that (her?) Acne subsided after beginning to eat red meat, switching over from a vegetarian diet. Apparently because of a zinc she had a zinc deficiency, which is well-linked to acne, and a rare mineral in plants.
I appreciate the comments thus far folks, please keep them coming & remember it's more than just Acne that's troubling me.
