I used to drink & eat diary, and I was no different back then other than not having stomach cramps, these have begun relatively recently.
As for meat I don't see why in the world it would help me other than to put some meat bones, literally & only possibly. I can consume a vegan 3,000 calorie a day diet and not gain a pound, but If you can pull up some evidence to support why it be healthier & eliminate my problems then I would reconsider my choices.
I'll look into the zappers, I've heard of them but never investigated.
