I'm so glad you finally got the results you expected. I usually throw up what looks like all the oil. I think that what the oil does is cause the liver to produce lots of bile and contract with enough force to get out the stones. Kind of a shock treatment type of thing. So whether you throw up the oil or not if you keep it down for a few hours it should still work.

I never mixed the magnesium citrate with water, never occured to me. I just drank water before and after. The one time I didn't drink water afterwards it really burned badly coming out.

I'm still looking for the gold coin grass locally. May wind up having to order it.

All in all I would say the true sign of success with these Liver Flushes is whether we are getting health benifits.
