Re: confused
Hello
I completely identify with you. It's been a real struggle for me also. I have been through quite a lot over the last 7 years and more so recently, from detoxes, fasts,
liver flushes, diet experiments, elimination, and all sorts of tests and supplement programs. If you search my name on here you will see a trail of different stories, in different forums.
I can see from your post that you are quite analytical and this will really help your
investigation. People may give you grief over obsessing or being fussy and I know it is frustrating but keep researching. You will not be dissapointed
Here the most important things that have helped me
1) keeping a diary,
example -
745am (wake up, 8hrs sleep)
8am water
820am (bm: large, yellow, smooth)
840am egg sarnie, 1 tbspn lecithin
10am (feeling lower abdominal pain)
1010am lemon juice with water
11am (pain gone)
2) The following tests
- persuade your doctor to let you see a gastro enterologist
£7 - BLOOD TYPE TEST (im blood type A - characteristic of heard problems, cancer, stroke, thicker blood, poor circulation)
£20 - PALM READING (Im fire type with, yellowish skin, thin hands, lots of lines, and knuckley joints, charactistic of calcification of joints due to excess calcium loss into tissues)
£50 - AYURVEDA DIAGNOSES of your dosha (Im vata / pitta, characteristic of thin athletic build, bile in blood)
£50 - HAIR MINERAL ANALYSIS (Brilliant test. Does not show amount of minerals in body, but is a guide to how minerals are deposited into tissues. I have extremely high calcium. This is characteristic of 'calcium shell' - see dr Larry wilson. Also indications of low adrenal and low thyroid. )
Supplements that have helped me:
ABDOMINAL PAIN
vitamin E - literally cured abdominal cramps over 2 days
FATIGUE AND DEPRESSION
with every meal
- Dr wilsons Adrenal rebuilder
- super adrenal stess formula
- 600mg betaine hcl - with every meal.
- beta tcp
30 minutes before every meal
- glass water
- 2g vitamin C
MEAL PRACTICE TO AVOID PAIN AND MAINTAIN ENERGY LEVELS
Not eating after 730pm
Chewing food slowly
Not eating more than 2 handfuls of food
Eating a little protein with each meal
never drinking more than 1/2 mug of liquid with a meal
never eating fruit with a meal
AVOIDING
Fried food, combining fruit with meals, all yeast foods, raw garlic, high sulphur foods and supplements like msm, all vinegar products, all milk products, dark chocolate, poppy seeds, mushrooms, tomatoes, green tea, oranges, all wheat cereals and grains including spelt and oats, beans, cabbage, high fibre foods like psyllium (slippery elm excepted), tahini, raw turmeric, raw brocolli, dried fruit
I hope this information helps.
