Re: Hundreds of face creams. Are any worth the money?

Hello:
can I sneak in here again?

my pennys worth is lots of essential oils. Anything you can find like the coconut oil, olive oil, flaxseed oil a must, e,borage, primrose oil,dha (sardine),omega oils 3,6,9 stuff is good, efa, eating walnuts, pecans, vitamin F, Avocados Galore,
that is Vitamin E, learning about kreels mite be good.

And I can't say enough about Vitamin A for Skin. Take more than anyone says to take and Dr. Kurt Donsbach will say Yes for healing of skin and cancer.
I found Vitamin A good for chapped dry itching skin around the feet is a must.
With just Vitamin A I found Miracles ----- no more costly products for ugly feet.

Aloe Vera is an amino acid and a must.
(HAA) hyaronic acid lubricates.

DMSO softens the skin too.
on boards of C/Z talks about it.
Very Good Stuff.

Not too much soap use only when you are really dirty.
use a brush and dry brush dead skin.
clean healthy water.
if you need to use some great oil to make you feel alive after bathing.

Best to keep natural oils of skin,hair--I see too many people getting dry skin
from over bathing.

Using castor oil for dry skin helps.

If you work under a large fluorescent Lite that eats alot of Vitamin A from one.
take more vitamin A.
