Oh, I will have to try that~!

For baking, I use a coconut oil which is
organic but much more bland in taste than
the Virgin Coconut oil. I keep that for
eating by spoon and the other for frying
eggs, and putting in soup and such.

Here is a link to the cooking oil I use.
I make brownies and it has a slight coconut
taste but not nearly as strong as if I use
the Virgin oil. I prefer the lighter taste
so it does not overpower the other flavors.
