Hi there,
It's likely that if you've had die-off, your body is using the extra water to deal with the dying yeasts etc, and so you may be dehydrated- enemas can create dehydration if you don't put back fluids after a strong evacuation. Candida is very stressful on the body and stress causes dehydration as cells contract to protect the water inside- how much water are you drinking? You should be drinking at least 2- 2 1/2 litres filtered water a day. If you're not going for a BM the day after an enema then you are dehydrated. Scare stories about 'dependence' come from people's lack of understanding about what happens to levels of hydration after the body has evacuated through an enema- enemas are incredibly helpful for a Candida-stressed body, so stop worrying and drink more, include more soups, juices, millet porridges/congees,made with lots of water, etc, gentle hydrating and alkaline-forming foods. I have found ACV enemas helpful for candida elimination.
