Hi all, I have seen struggling with IBS-C & now know I have chronic candida.
In the last two weeks I have been doing enemas almost once a day. But since then I have not been able to go on my own at all. I had
colonic other day & she said that too many enemas can be harmful & I may be getting to the stuff before it is formed which is not good, hence why it is coming out so runny.
I don't know what to do. I am even less regular since I started this candida diet. I had to do the enema yesterday for I hadn't gone for two days since the colonic. All that came out is some mucus & a long stringy piece of I don't know what.
Alot of times when I do them, I have to get past all this mucus, I think it's
parasites also even though my test did not show the parasites.
I know everyone is different but I wonder what is the limit on enemas? I read of a lady on these forums using one for 2 yrs straight & then was still able to go on her own after stopping within a few days. But I don't think I should try that. I have always been blocked up but feel almost even more so like I am dependent on the enemas & colonics. Before this 2 weeks period, I was only using the enema mabey once or twice a week. I feel like it is the only way to get it going.
Any advice? I wonder if anyone who went on this diet got more constipated. I am really missing fruits now, which helped sometimes.
Thanks!
T
