Re: Enema frequency (long answer sorry)

Okay I am taking magnesium oxide tablets about 500 mg a day now. I used to take about 700-1000, some at night & some in morning but that was the total. It worked for awhile but my stuff was real runny and so I asked and someone said I may be overdoing the amount.

I have never heard of taking it in hot water before.

Here is my dilemma, I am on these damn enzymes I am supposed to take on empty stomach so usually I take right before bed & first thing in morning so I can eat hour later. It messes me all up. My kinda routine I had going.

It seems like since I have started them, the magnesium does not work nor does anything else. I really don't take it along with the enzymes.

I am on them at advice of a naturo/chiro who sent me for test showing the candida & that I am not digesting fats & proteins well. Well since I have cut out carbs as she told me too & fruits, nuts, dairy, you name it, etc for the candida diet so I don't think I should stop the enzymes even though I want to.

How do you take it in hot water? Sorry for the novel I just wrote.

I have read that too much magnseium can hurt your liver so now I am like do I have to worry about my liver now too? I am so frustrated.
