I was wondering about the raw/cooked status of your veggies and fruits because to my understanding, cooking them makes them a lot harder for your body to process, and takes away energy a lot more than raw. Raw has all of it's enzymes intact, making it easier to digest, whereas cooked has most/all of it's enzymes killed, forcing your body to use up it's own enzymes or create more just to digest the cooked food.
Thus if you're trying to lose weight, the most sensible thing might be to eat raw. But it sounds like you mostly already are. :)
