Re: Am I in need of a cleanse?
I would start with a kidney cleanse. The pain can be transfering to your back. I'm not sure why it affects the back like it does but when I used to have chronic kidney problems I always had horrible lower back pain at the same time. I also had burning when I urinated so it was easier to diagnose. Or misdiagnose if you get the wrong doctor.
Given your eating habits I would start with the
kidney cleanse because that is in crisis. Next I would do the
Bowel Cleanse combined with the
parasite cleanse. I probably wouldn't have had chronic kidney problems years ago if I had known to do the
parasite cleanse and to detoxify. What I did to cure myself back then was to drink pure cranberry juice, no sugar, juice or additives. Sour bitter stuff. I would take mega doses of vitamin c to help your body heal. I also stopped drinking pops, especially for breakfast. It was my junk food junkie days.
Set a glass in the bathroom and every single time you go to the restroom drink one cup of water. You will not only get enough water in but it should be enough to help with any flush you choose. After a while your body will start to crave water instead of cokes. And if your still craving cokes it's probably the
Sugar your craving which is often caused by parasites.
I think Dr. Huldas cleanse sounds the most thorough of all the
kidney cleanse I have read. I always had pain when I was passing the crystals but I hear that her method can disolve them so well you have no pain. Dr Hulda doesn't agree with the cranberry juice because of contaminants. I'm guessing that we didn't have as much junk in the juice 20 years ago as we do now. Gosh do I suddenly feel old.
If you choose some other method don't be suprised if your urine is very dark at times and foul smelling. It's probably starting to back up. It may be painful. And if you wait too long to deal with it you might end up running a fever and have horrible pain. Also you may see some blood in the urine.
If you get started soon enough with the water and cleanse you can avoid going to the doctor, taking
Antibiotics and being in a lot of pain. I know because once I figured out how to clean my own kidneys I never went to a doc for it again.
I wish you luck on this and encourage you to take steps to improve your eating habits if you want to stay pain free.
Take care,
Lisa
