Yes I suffer from lower back pain frequently, but when I get this pain in my lower back it doesn't feel like it's coming from an organ (although I can be mistaken since the body is so complicated and things manifest and morph themselves into other things) it feels more like it's coming from my spine. It starts at my lower back and then starts shooting up my spine towards my upper back. I pretty much am paralyzed for the few days that I get it. Even breathing hurts. Sometimes when I stand too long I start to feel it coming on. Does this have anything to do with the "pressure" (I guess you can call it a very mild, dull pain) I feel in my stomach and sides?... I don't really get my daily amount of water in, and I used to drink alot of soda but lately I've cut down on the pop and only have it once in a blue moon. I do drink some juice sometimes (store bought) though, lots of sugar, and my eating habits (mostly junk food) are very unusual and could be better... Thanks...
