every woman here should have her own case esp if you have to have surgery to have it removed. chances are it was placed wrong while it was in the insertion tube and it was just pushed pass the uterus, most other mirena pages say perforation had to occur during insertion.

they did not have your informed consent to give you the mirena because you was not aware of all the danger. if you flip the pages of a law book you could basically make your own case its just hard to find a lawyer to take the case to court because of all the other dr opinions they would need to win the case.
