I also have the same problem, I am acutally having the surgery on Monday. This is unfair, I can not afford to take time off work right now. I had the IUD implaced in June of this year, after having one removed last July, when I found out I was pregnant. Yes I got pregnant with it, it unfortunaly ended up being eptopic, but it was unreal event. If you are do find anyone that will also go forward with the class action suit, please let me know. Tweet
