What is this creature?

What is this thing??? I've been battling with parasites for a couple of months now. Today I puked this thing up - Don't let anyone tell you its your imagination if you feel something biting on you inside - this is what has been knawwing on me GROSS

It is the size of an army worm with a hard shiny shell. It was expelling this mass of what looked like eggs as they were squiggling - I can't believe this thing was inside me, I felt GREAT once I got it out of me - I'm hoping that there are not more of the same???
