Others are welcome to correct me if I'm wrong, but looks like a proglottid. Unfortunately, this could mean there is more. To fully remove adult tapeworms, requires the removal of the scolex or [head]. The section looks like it could have been very close to the head, so maybe you did some nasty damage to it. Shroom
