I'd say killing the bugs for 2 weeks, was an excellent start. Then we prepare for the coke flush by sipping the 90 drops of ultraphos in the apple cider for three days. That night, 3 hours after eating, we do the coke flush. Nobody knows how many flushes it is going to take to empty the liver, initially, of all the junk, dead bugs and drug debris, then what the lymph, blood and tissues dump later thru it that has to be flushed out, so it is an individual thing. How sick are you when you start and how long have you been sick? Glad to see you are embarking on this program tho, that should, eventually, clear all the problems up. Chronic fatigue happened to me beacuse of adrenal burnout, bugs and chemical poisons. My liver needed cleaning out BAD! It took some real dedication to this program to see my problems going away. The brain fog left after I got rid of a lot of the poisons. My ability to think returned as well as a lot of energy. I am still finishing up with this program. I still have my tired times as my body is healing, but no brainfog!
Schulze superfood is pure with no problems. He's pretty fussy about what goes into his products for quality. It detoxes on a cellular level, tho, and that is what we do when we get most of the liver cleaned out. The liver has to be able to process the junk coming thru it, so we clean it out a bit before we do the cellular cleansers.
