Thanks for the information. I also read that molasses is good our health. I used to take it but when I realized that the one that I have (Brand: Wholesome Organic Molasses) have 10 g Sugar per tbsp, I stopped taking it. That's seems to be a lot of Sugar for somebody who has hypo. I can't find the word "blackstrap" in the label though, but it's color is reddish black. I wonder if I have the molasses that you are referring to.
