I take a lot of uva usuri and it really kills the candida- it's a natural Antibiotic so I would take that before trying the drug Antibiotics . I take a product called Yeast Max that has the uva usri in it as well as many other anti-fungals. The product was given to me by my doctor, don't know if you can find it online but after some bad die-off I began feeling much better. I have also been doing a lot of fresh garlic, coconut oil, xylitol, oregano, olive leaf, etc. I think I am making some progress after a few months of die-off, my stamina is coming back. I need to get back on the juicing though, I have gotten a bit lazy. Tweet
