Well I am glad I am not imagining it and that you also found cranberry gave you die-off! Sometimes I just wonder if its me that is ultra sensitive. How long did it take you to clear your kidney infection? Obviously these herbs you recommended that I try will take longer than Antibiotics so I dont expect them to work overnight. I am only taking a very low dose uva ursi because again I suffer die-off. thanks
