Michael, I agree with the other posters that the blood incident should not have been the source of your problems. However, stress could be. You have "stressed" over this for so long that it might be a while to get over it; but you should try to get over it and quit obsessing about it, the blood incident that is.
If I were in such pain and emotion, one of the first things I would do is see a chiropractor. That should help the physical pain and maybe open nerve channels to help some of the rest.
One good thing is that you are young enough to recover quickly. You just have to get over this emotional stress.
