The idea is that unactivated sodium chlorite is activated in the body and that's why stabilised oxygen products containing it work to some extent.
It is much more effective preactivated and also sodium chlorite is somewhat toxic so 100 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at once is a bad idea.

You are not taking 10 drops of chlorine dioxide as there is very little in the activated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement but it is very powerful, it is mostly water and chlorous acid with some sodium chlorite remaining unactivated. the chlorous acid releases the chlorine dioxide.

At least that's pretty much the way it works
