I still have those urgent bm in the morning but I think it is because I eat lots of veggies and nuts and seeds. i eat some stews that contain: beef or chicken,vegs and spices. She gave me "spirit" by evergreen for my depression. I didn't think it was Depression - the fact I have lost interest in doing anything and sitting at home all the time. Not normal for me but I have been doing that for the last year and half. The practininer says in TCM that is condidered depression. I feel a little better but only time will tell. The "calm" she gave me helped my anxiety a lot. She is working on my hormones as well. I didn't know I have so many issues. She has given me some Biotek collodial for candida and several herbs to kill worms and parasites. I have done all kinds of cleanses and parasite killers last year but she said they were too harsh. Yeah I'll say I was living in the bathroom at work..not good. She has a new herb coming tomorrow for aniema. I know I don't eat enough meat so I'm looking forward to that one. I'll keep you updated. I think I'm taking less herbs because most of them were to kill stuff. I think some of them make you go to the bathroom and combine that with my protien and nuts and veggie diet and that spell urgent morning bathroom trips.
