Traditional Chinese Medicine has helped me tremendously

I have done colon, kidney, parasite and liver cleanses. I have done herbal tonics – you name it. A friend suggested a TC doctor that had helped her. I have been going for almost 2 months now and my symptoms have improved. She told me I had a sluggish liver, candidia and parasites. My problems were bad digestion, anxiety and urgent BMs. Those problems were going on for almost 2 years. It surprised me she said I had candida and parasites. I eat a healthy Diet and have done numerous parasite killers. I even did the one by barefoot which is supposed to be the best.

I had very bad anxiety in the mornings and she gave me a supplement called calm that has worked wonders. I’m very familiar with American type herbs but the Chinese ones are a whole new world to me, so I can’t even begin to tell you about which ones I’m taking. I have around 14 bottles of supplements now but I hope to cut that down substantially when I get my symptoms under control. . It is costing me $$$ but when my symptoms have subsided I can get on a maintenance plan. The down side of all of this is I haven’t been going out for the last year and a half due to my embarrassing problems so now I feel uncomfortable and scared to go any where out of my comfort zone. I guess that is a problem for another board.

Oh someone mentioned something that helps with gas. I used Celery seed capsules and they work for about an hour. They cost around $6 a bottle so they are affordable. Hope this helps.

TCM can work but I guess it is like anything – you have to find a good doctor. Not all doctors can help you.
