Thats brilliant any improvement is wonderful whether small or big for our case.

Ahhh terrible ive reverted back to my drinking ways so much built up anger just now especially since im having to do my books of my company that i gave up. Could of been a millionare in 3 years with it aswell thats the bit that beats me up.

Looking to try some immune stimulant soon like the mushrooms though at least for their adaptagen properties.
