so far so good. it hasnt been a month yet to truly say what the difference is but i do feel a difference. if you research closer on each herb i believe the two main strong ones are reishi and cordenysis herb followed by dong quai/maca for women hormone balance.
I also drink matcha green tea on the side. I never felt good and relieved but im also gettn acupunture weekly so something is working. i still is on my three month treatment and going to stick with it literally. ....lol
