Re: Mystery.
neo,
You are very welcome neo.
The decision you have made is of course entirely yours, I just presented what I know to be the facts, and which would have been extremely beneficial in your own case.
Juice fasting (or feasting) is beneficial to health, but pales into insignificance compared to a water-only fast for the benefits to health, and where I think it is rather unfortunate that you have declined to undertake the experience.
It is also well known amongst the water-fasting fraternity, dating back to the mid 1800's, that a water fast will enable someone (amongst many many other health benefits) to gain weight to normal and healthy levels (even where someone has been severely underweight) and where any other protocol (including weight gaining diets) have totally failed previously.
Unfortunately, juice-fasting will not enable you to gain weight, as this does not provide the necessary rest to your GI tract to enable it to recover its powers of digestion & assimilation.
Being underweight does not mean that you are deficient in any of the nutritional elements required for good health, or even where you will not be able to fast with distinct benefit, as year after year the body will absorb some the nutrients it needs, or it would otherwise display symptoms of deficiency very noticeably.
If the body is not now capable of cleansing as well or as efficiently as 100 years ago because of modern pollutants, then I would not have recovered from Leukemia by this very process in the late 1970's, and where any and all present-day symptoms and evidence of toxemia within my own body, are at their absolute minimum.
I think you have passed, on what is the very best option for healing and cleansing: the innate power of Nature, which allows the body to be self-maintaining, self-healing, and self-repairing, given the ideal circumstances and conditions in which to do so.
This is as true today as it was yesterday.
