Re: Mystery.

Hi Neo,
thats exactly what I thought, when I suffered from IBS,bloating. That I have no energy/motivation to exercise. Because, when I thought of exercising, I was thinking of jogging on treadmill, biking on a stationary bike, or ellipcal trainers, or using stepper. Actually, I have access to a very good gym, and I dont even look at all these kind of cardio equipments anymore.

After I come out of gym, I want more energy, not less. I do simple warmups. Inversion helps me relax and gives a good stretch to the spine. Abdominal exercises are a must for IBS. SO I do crunches and situps. Pushups are good for upper body strength. I cannot do pullups, so I try to do pull-downs. I have changed my focus from doing plenty of cardio/aerobics, to more Calisthenics exercises/Yoga stretches.
I feel better/stronger now.

I recently purchased a Yoga Swing and trying to explore all the exercises I can do on it. Its fun.

I have read "Chi machine" is good for general health. Not tried it.
