If someone has been programmed to fear blacks and Muslims I am sorry... what did their parents, schools, church, government teach them? Where did their information come from?

My comprehension of these types of thoughts is that the individual espousing them has been a victim of brain washing, perhaps unable to think for themselves.

Who, or probably more accurately, what group is working so hard to keep racial\religious\class tensions alive? And for what purpose?
