A very enjoyable tool that you could install in your bathroom with small effort is a little toilet shower as the ones used in Asia. We had it in Copenhagen and I loved it. It was also very practical when I had my cycle, I could continue doing UT no problems. I really miss it in the new house in Norway (but here I would have to think of something more complex, because in the winter the normal temperature of the water is icy cold, I couldn't endure that...)
