well, tomato, i have not seen coconuts like we have here back home in the US. you very well might have coconuts that are untouched but i doubt it. i think you will just have to enjoy what you have locally. most of the good virgin coconut oils available in the US are the same that we take here.

you may just have to wait to enjoy fresh coconut in the tropics as i have to wait to eat my favorite fruit when i have trips home to the US.

you might try to look for an asian market near you. they tend to have really good fresh produce, and, i'll bet they'll have coconuts too. :) Tweet
