No problem mate. The moisturiser I use at the moment is keratolytic and has helped. What I would say though is that at some stage the acid will burn through and come into contact with the healthy skin underneath and you don't want to irritate this further. A few people blame Carmex for making this condition worse. You're right it could be one of the other ingredients but I would advise caution...
