Re: Hi Dr Sutter. I want to share this with you.
How I know it's not undigested food is because I can see a lot more detail with my own two eyes, than through a photograph. I wish my camera was better. I know what foods I ate, and what foods I did not eat, & I mentally ask myself, what sort of food could this possibly be, before taking a picture. What does not show up in the picture, often, are the tentacles, partly due to the fact that they are so fragile, and are often very stuck to actual crap, & they tear off very easily, & they are much more visible when they are moving around, being swished around, like in the flush of the toilet. The food I eat does not have tentacles. Also, the textures of these things, and their thickness, and size are a big red flag to me. When I poke it with a stick, I have to poke it very, very hard. Often they have a layer, like that of shrimp-skin. Often they are jagged on one side, and much smoother on the other, and these characteristics are almost always there in the same species. Often only one type of species will exit in a single movement, which does not look like anything I ate in a month, if not anything at all. I have not eaten shrimp in about 3 months. These things usually come out when I'm eating the peppers or doing some other deworming protocol, however, they do not show up when I'm not eating hot peppers or doing a cleanse. Some of these parasites are very big & long. Most of them are gelatinous. Such creatures will surround themselves with a Jell substance to protect themselves. Other micro-organisms do that too. I learned about it in biology. This jell texture is obvious to me. My food is not translucent. My food does not have thick rubbery skins with stripes.
When I first ate habanero peppers and saw all that came out, I was surprised. I urinated right after that happened, and it burned & hurt my prostate. That's the only time I felt that painful sensation there. I felt like some of those flukes were lodged into my prostate, and because they came out, they exposed something & so it hurt. After it quickly healed, it no longer hurt.
I often feel full of energy, healthier, & stronger, as they leave, even if I go through a quick (as in 2 hours) herx.
The real proof is in proving it to yourself. Photographs are limited, however, some of these photos, like the last ones, are blatanly not food.
