Re: Hi Dr Sutter. I want to share this with you.
I'm glad that you introduced me to Doctor Sutter. He's a gem.
"Do you not get so much result with just one or two?"
Lets find out together. Let me know, but baking them, & adding oil to the dish, at least to me, really makes the heat bearable and even very enjoyable, like how Domino's pizza is enjoyable. Yeah, it's that good, and even though it does not taste revoltingly hot when baked, I can feel it's heat chemicals in my blood, all over, in my hands, in my chest, in my skin, radiating, and it's a pleasant sensation too, like a good divine vibration, not like an unpleasant heat-flash.
"I'm wondering if I should consider maybe trying some jalapeno but cooking it first since you say that would knock down the heat a bit. Can you get butt ulcers from too much hot stuff?"
Go for it! As far as I can tell, I've never gotten butt ulcers at all. It does not hurt going out, even though there can be a strong sensation. It's not pain, ie, it's not my body telling me that it was harmful or dangerous. Usually if it burns coming out, it's a big sign that the they are leaving. Also, if it burns a lot coming out, often there will be a colorful sheen on the surface of the water in places, like a small fresh oil spill at the grocery store parking-lot in the rain. This same rainbow sheen can be found whenever I chew up very hot peppers and spit it out, or vomit it up. I believe it's the hot oils of the pepper.
I'll keep the Sutter forum posted.
