You are wrong about Sweden and Russia.
Both Scandinavia and Russia endemic for many types of parasites.
Scandinavia together with Japan has the highest number of incidents of seafood-born infections. Pork is also very popular in Scandinavia.
D.latum and Opistorchosis are endemic for Sweden and Northern Russia.
Echinococcus is endemic in Iceland (I read something, like 48% in some places).
