Re: Big filling fell out...

Isn't it an odd experience, Running?!

There are so many things to consider...only beginning with how to chew, and making sure to spit out all the pieces of teeth and fillings that break off.

In both teeth that have broken I found great hollows inside that destroyed the strength of the teeth.

At first the nerves inside ached...but I was able to manage the pain with whole cloves tucked in my cheek...and, sometimes, taking a nap.

Then, once the weak parts and the fillings were gone, the remaining tooth seems to be alive. Amazing.

I think it's interesting that you bite your lip. That sounds to me like a signal that something is annoying you there...not nearly a 'mess' at all.

This a.m., a short time ago, I felt achey in some of the old, old places in my head and back of the neck.

I placed fingertips on them, nothing strenuous, and began impulse kinesiology moves, quick EFT tapping, impulse gentle stretching and flexing, and more.

A little tapping with three fingers under the nose, and in the indented area of the chin (both at the gumlines) seemed to help a lot. I also found several achey spots that seemed to connect with the liver, so I did some kinesiology moves for that.

These were not prescribed moves, because I forget them. Instead, I invented hand moves to stimulate the aura, also pulling out any excess energy...just in case.

Do you feel improvements when major fillings fall out?

My best,

Fledgling
