I just finished studying the chapter on "Getting Static Electricity Out of Your Body," from the Save Your Life manual. In it, Dr. Schulze tells stories about how he used to throw his patients into the ocean in the middle of January and then make them walk back to the clinic in their wet, freezing clothes. Why? To shock their system into getting well. He was willing to try ANYTHING to get his patients well.
So for me to say "you aren't going to run around in a string bikini in the snow" is ME talking. I'm the Texan that can't STAND cold weather. He would grab me and throw me in a pile of snow eight feet deep and laugh when I screamed. :-) So I'm going to shut up and let Dr. Schulze teach me, and YOU, how to have fun at this party. :-D NO intensity is TOO intense.
