He doesn't have a fever...parotitis can show itself up to 4 months after abdominal surgery and cause facial paralyisis...his tongue is going numb and tingely, most cases do present with a fever and dry eyes ect..he does not present that way. What ever is happening to him is progressing with secondary symptoms, I don't trust the bloodwork because he had a SEVERE cas of appendicitis and the bloodwork did not pick it up for some reason, I followed my gutand took him to the ER and only during his surgery did they realize how bad it was-he didn't even have a fever or extreme pain b4 surgery!
