our own 'mystery diagnosis

Hello again,
I posted sometime ago, my husband had an appendectomy, partial right hemicolectomy in December of last year,I posted that his adams apple was not centered on his neck anymore, he feels a lump in his throat and often feels like he is being strangled. He had a CT scan-nothing, bloodwork-nothing, saw an ENT-nothing. We are so frustrated, you can feel the lump, see that his Adams apple if off center, now his saliva glands hurt him and his left side of his tongue is tingely and numb. He is talking with his mouth clenched to ease the uncomfortable feelings. He is 34 years old. What could this be??????? What can I possibly google? ANY ideas please.
