I am planning to make almond milk for the first time. I am looking at recipes, but I cannot figure out the best way to go. I see that after soaking the almonds, it is then put in a blender with water. My question is do you use the water that you soaked them in, or do you use fresh water? Which is best? Are you suppose to peel them. I need to do this the easiest and healthiest way possible as I do not have much time. What are your suggestions for this as well?
